Finally, Fall has arrived! We look forward to waking up to the cool morning air and walking outside to the bright colors of reds, oranges, and yellows. All the great things about this season allows us to forget what else comes with the change, allergies and the flu. The constant sneezing, running nose, and itchy eyes usually seem to spread from household to household during the start of the season. Luckily we have a few sip tips to help you get through the pollen-filled, sick days and out exploring the beautiful Fall season!
